Laminated ceramic patch capacitor: a soft terminal ceramic patch capacitor with a low ESR.

Low ESR with traditional laminated ceramic patch capacitor.

TDK has developed the industry's first soft-terminal ceramic patch capacitor with low ESR.
The new CN series has a terminal electrode with conductive resin layer, which can provide high mechanical strength and prevent the warping of substrate.
At the same time, this new layer ceramic chip capacitor has the same low ESR as the traditional product.
The capacitance value of CN series is 2.2, and the rated voltage is 16 V to 100 V.
Based on X7R dielectric material, the commercial grade type and vehicle grade type of this new ceramic patch capacitor are listed.
The latter has been approved by AEC-Q200, which has been in production and sales since April 2018.
