Taiyo yuden AMK105BJ474MC launched 1005 type multilayer ceramic capacitor
Taiyo yuden co., LTD, announced that 1005 type, thickness of 0.22 mm AMK105BJ474MC multilayer ceramic capacitors（1.00 x 0.50 x0.22mm）, thickness is a maximum) into production, the product is suitable for mobile phone and other small, lightweight portable equipment for IC power supply circuit, can achieve the highest industry electrostatic capacity (including 0.47 UF.
On the basis of strengthening lineup, actively carried out three kinds of models, 12 kinds of high-capacity ultrathin multilayer ceramic capacitor product batch production.They are 1005 type, thickness of 0.22 mm products, on behalf of the traditional products of 1005 type, thickness of 0.33 mm AMK105BJ225MP (1.0 x0.5 x0.33 mm, thickness is a maximum, capacitance 2.2 u F), and 1608 type, thickness of 0.5 mm AMK107BJ106MK (1.6 x0.8 x0.5 mm, thickness is a maximum, capacitance 10 u F).
